Bubble Waffle baking mix for catering. Perfect for selling waffles at markets and festivals. The ready-made batter mix is just mixed with water! This makes the batter quick and easy to prepare in between.

The Bubble Waffle recipe:

• Special recipe for airy bubbles with crispy dividers.
• The thin dividers harden quickly during cooling and give the waffle stability when folded to a cone. The bubbles remain fluffy and soft.
• Less sweet than most waffles so it can be generously filled.

Quick preparation:

• Mix with water only. No need to add fresh ingredients. This is quick and simplifies organisation, storage and preparation.
• Wait 10 minutes after mixing, then you can directly start baking.
• The batter can be re-produced in between without much effort.
• One box contains 10 bags with 1 kg of mix each. This is particularly practical, as there is no need to weigh the ingredients during preparation. Simply mix one bag of mixture with 625 ml of water.
• It couldn't be easier!

10 kg Neumärker Bubble Waffle Mix makes approx. 80 bubble waffles.

Preparation:
1 kg Neumärker Bubble Waffle Mix + 625 ml water. Mix the ingredients with a mixer on medium speed to a smooth batter. Leave the batter to rest for 10 minutes. Bake for approx. 2.5 - 3 minutes at approx. 200°C (depending on personal taste).
