Preparation:

1 kg Neumärker Waffle Ready Mix + 500 ml water. Mix the ingredients with a mixer or whisk to a smooth batter. Bake for approx. 1-2 minutes at approx. 200°C (depending on the type/size of waffle and personal taste). For particularly fluffy waffles, the amount of water can be increased slightly.
