Waffle Maker Thermocook® incl. Brussels Waffle Interchangeable Plates (non-stick coated cast iron)

The traditional waffle of the Benelux region: The classic. With 30 mm thickness this waffle is a really filing portion. Due to the size it can be offered for a high price. In Germany it is common to serve it with cherry sauce and whipped cream.

Following many customer requests, we now also offer the classic Brussels waffle with a non-stick coating. The core material of the interchangeable plate remains cast iron with its unique thermal properties. The iron retains the heat and the waffles turn out with a lovely crispiness. The surface of the cast iron is sealed with a non-stick coating so that the waffles come off even more easily. The waffle baking plates rarely or never need to be greased. This makes it particularly easy, especially for inexperienced staff.
