10 kg Neumärker Bubble Waffle Mix makes approx. 80 bubble waffles.

Preparation:

1 kg Neumärker Bubble Waffle Mix + 625 ml water. Mix the ingredients with a mixer on medium speed to a smooth batter. Leave the batter to rest for 10 minutes. Bake for approx. 2.5 - 3 minutes at approx. 200°C (depending on personal taste).
