This commercial toaster with two independently controlled toasting slots is designed for continuous use in cafés, breakfast establishments, hotels and catering businesses, processing up to 80 slices of toast per hour. • Performance & capacity: Up to 80 slices of toast per hour for continuous operation even during high breakfast demand. • Independent slots & controls: Two separately switchable toasting slots allow only part of the slots to be used as needed. Once the timer has run out, the toast stays warm and crisp in the slots until it is manually lifted out using the lever. The automatic timer is continuously adjustable up to 4 minutes for even, reproducible browning. • Construction & air circulation: The heating elements are made of mica (Micanite) and release no harmful substances into the bread or the air. The design of the toasting slots ensures good air circulation and prevents overheating, allowing continuous toasting without interruption. • Easy cleaning: The removable stainless steel crumb tray is dishwasher-safe and can be emptied quickly during service. • Construction & housing: Central body made of stainless steel, lid and base made of aluminium – robust, durable and easy to service for daily commercial use; individual components can be replaced. • Technical details: Slot size 14 x 2 cm each. Suitable for slices of bread from 8 x 8 cm to 14 x 14 cm with a maximum thickness of 2 cm.
