Interchangeable plates:

Solid cast iron ensures outstanding heat retention. This guarantees quick preparation and the perfect grill pattern on the food
The classic cast iron plates do not require a non-stick coating and are resistant to mechanical influences. This means they can be cleaned thoroughly without fear of damaging the material.
